We have a booking system for your work that is agreed by you ahead of time. We will do your work within 6 weeks from when you work is booked in.  We also guarantee that your returns will be lodged on time.  (The above service undertakings are under the condition that all documentation is submitted in a timely manner).

Knowing your fees up front
At Munro Accountants we don’t charge by the hour, the phone call or the visit.  We prepare an annual Fee Estimate at the start of the financial year. You are therefore aware of your fees up front and you may enter into a payment plan over the year if you wish. This gives you peace of mind knowing you, your bookkeeper or any of your staff can phone anytime and you won’t be charged.  We want you to talk to us!
